A great story that began in 1975,
The story begins in the 1970s when the Lejeune family, originally from Paris, fell in love with the area around Lake Serre Ponçon and subsequently built a hotel there. The name came from the French name for the rock partridge, a local bird immortalised in writing by the great Provençal author Marcel Pagnol. The hotel then fell into the hands of Eliane and Jacques JAUME, who kept development going. And it hasn’t stopped, with a renovation in 2000 by Nancy Jaume and her husband Christophe Pernin. It now houses a spa, an outdoor pool, a new restaurant dining room, and 43 snug and cosy rooms.
