On a daily basis, we implement various actions to protect our environment: energy conservation, waste management, prioritizing local sourcing, dispensers in guest rooms, etc. This follows more than a year of work with our teams and validation of our processes by AFNOR. We are happy and proud to announce that your establishment has now been awarded the Ecolabel.
Our commitment to sustainability naturally extends to our restaurant and breakfast offerings, as we are also involved in the Ecotable initiative, which prioritizes seasonal, locally sourced, and, whenever possible, organic products. We are also very proud of our Maître Restaurateur title, which we have held for over 10 years.
