After more than a year of efforts, working with our teams, and validation of our processes by AFNOR. We are pleased and proud to announce that your establishment is now ECO-LABELIZED.
Our approach naturally applies to our catering and breakfast offerings, as we are also involved in the Ecotable initiative, which prioritizes seasonal, locally sourced, and organic products whenever possible. We are also very proud of our Maître Restaurateur title, which we obtained over 10 years ago.
